CPT DIANNE FAYE C DESPI is a member of the Corps of Professors, Armed Forces of the Philippines, and is currently assigned at the National Defense College of the Philippines. She earned her degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, and her Master of Arts in Area Studies (Asia-Pacific Region) from the Graduate Institute of Peace Studies, Kyung Hee University in South Korea. She was a Research Fellow of the Asia Pacific Pathways to Progress Foundation from 2018 to 2020. Her main research interests are international security cooperation and maritime security. She will study International Relations (PhD) at the University of Delaware.
