At just 25 years old, in 2022, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of the Cordilleras, where she also obtained her Master of Arts in Education – Major in English in 2019 and her Master of Education in Special Education in 2026. Beyond the classroom, she is a leader and founded House of Snow, a community-building organization reaching thousands of individuals across the Province of La Union, Philippines. She has also contributed several research studies to the field of Special Education.

She wishes to fully immerse herself in cultural exchange and looks forward to gaining academic growth with other experts in the field. Through the Fulbright DAI program, she hopes to continue making a lasting difference in the lives of LSENs, receiving teachers, and the broader inclusive community, to inspire, uplift, and transform lives for the glory of God. Jasmine is also passionate about living life intentionally by pursuing love and light through traveling, photography, and connecting with people she meets along the way.
