I. Biography
Maria Regina Grace D. Katigbak, more commonly known as Reggy, is currently taking up BS
Food Technology in the University of the Philippines Los Baños. In her free time, she bakes and
experiments on desserts and shares them with her friends and family. From this, she decided to run
her own small business, Taji’s Confectionery, which serves as an avenue for her to share her
interest and love for baking. This immense passion and her curiosity on the science of food lead her
to pursue Food Technology. Aside from this, she is also part of the UPLB Cheerdance Team where
she was the co-captain for finance for one academic year.
