Mcaine is a multifaceted leader and mentor in the field of Multimedia. He has been awarded numerous recognitions for his servant leadership and academic excellence. During his Senior High, he was granted the Strand Excellence Award for having the highest GWA and outstanding extra-curricular performance. In College, he is one of the first in his batch ever to receive the Gawad Benildyano Award.

As a strong environmentalist, Mcaine is part of a team that devised a smartphone application to educate hard-to-reach coastal communities in the Philippines to educate them on dealing with plastic trash problems.

Aside from being a theater actor and multimedia art student, he is also a marketer and the youngest employee in an influencer-marketing company– which enables him to understand Filipinos in multi-tiered communities. He was also able to immerse himself in the vanishing communities of the Philippines, such as the Butbut tribe at Kalinga, Buscalan.

Mcaine treasures the value of volunteerism and service as he plays a significant role in Student Trainers, the volunteer arm of the Student Involvement Unit of his home university. His multi-angled involvement allows him to organize numerous leadership, formation, orientation, and community-building projects.

Championing the Benildean-Lasallian DNA, he has also served in the Media Ministry of The Feast to share his talents with a God-centered community.

Mcaine sees the UGrad Program as an opportunity to represent the communities he has been immersed with. Ultimately, his goal is to impart this intercultural experience to his mentees and peers so they can also support advocacies through their work.

Mcaine is a game-changer and a trailblazer who sees leadership as a means of serving others. As an artist working with different media, his experience enables him to represent the arts and culture of the Philippines on a global scale.
